Choose to be Happy

 

Today I'm talking about making the choice to be happy — making the choice to get in a better mood and be in a higher vibrational state.

This is because I saw a meme last week that was hilarious.

It said: "Are you having a bad day?...

...or have you had a bad five minutes but you've been milking it all day?"

That's what we do.

We ruminate about stuff that we have no control over when we can just let it go instead.

Yesterday, I had a student who walked in and said, "I'm pissed off! The bus went around a different way, and I was late."

She stayed upset for a long time.

I finally said, "You're choosing to stay upset because of what the bus driver did an hour ago instead of letting it go."

She smiled because she didn't even realize she was doing it.

If something comes up, take the next right step, whatever  you can do. And then let it go, because you have no control of persons, places, or things.

I would love for you today to choose to be happy.

Be cognizant of what you are putting in your brain and the words that are coming out of your mouth. Are you milking it because it's only been five minutes, or is it really a bad day?

Get on a Higher Vibration for Health

Living at a high vibration can help stave off COVID. This is long, but incredibly helpful.

The COVID has a vibration of 5.5hz, dies above 25.5hz.

For humans with higher vibrations, the virus is a simple flu.

The reasons for having low vibration can be:

  • Fear
  • Nervous tension
  • Rage
  • Hate

So we have to vibrate high and not constantly watch the news; so that the frequency does not lower us.

The frequency of the earth today is 27.4hz., but there are places that vibrate very low like:

  • Jails
  • Underground

It is where the vibration drops to 20hz, or less still.

For humans with low vibration, the virus becomes dangerous.

  • Pain 0.1 to 2hz.
  • Fear 0.2 to 2.2hz.
  • Irritation 0.9 to 6.8hz.
  • Noise 0.6 to 2.2hz.
  • Pride 0.8 hz.
  • Abandon 1,5hz.
  • Superiority 1.9 hz.

Instead:

  • Generosity 95hz
  • True thanks 150 hz
  • Compassion 150 hz or more
  • Love of neighbor and all living beings 150 Hz and more
  • Unconditional and universal love from 205hz

Eating food that the Earth gives us like:

  • Seeds
  • Grains
  • Cereals
  • Legumes
  • Fruits and vegetables
  • Drink water.

They help us vibrate high!!!

The vibration of the prayer goes from 120 to 350hz.

We must PRAY, sing, laugh, love, live...
