Get on a Higher Vibration for Health

Living at a high vibration can help stave off COVID. This is long, but incredibly helpful.

The COVID has a vibration of 5.5hz, dies above 25.5hz.

For humans with higher vibrations, the virus is a simple flu.

The reasons for having low vibration can be:

  • Fatigue
  • Fear
  • Nervous tension
  • Rage
  • Hate

So we have to vibrate high and not constantly watch the news; so that the frequency does not lower us.

The frequency of the earth today is 27.4hz., but there are places that vibrate very low like:

  • Hospitals
  • Assistance Centers
  • Pubs
  • Jails
  • Underground

It is where the vibration drops to 20hz, or less still.

For humans with low vibration, the virus becomes dangerous.

  • Pain 0.1 to 2hz.
  • Fear 0.2 to 2.2hz.
  • Irritation 0.9 to 6.8hz.
  • Noise 0.6 to 2.2hz.
  • Pride 0.8 hz.
  • Abandon 1,5hz.
  • Superiority 1.9 hz.

Instead:

  • Generosity 95hz
  • True thanks 150 hz
  • Compassion 150 hz or more
  • Love of neighbor and all living beings 150 Hz and more
  • Unconditional and universal love from 205hz

Eating food that the Earth gives us like:

They help us vibrate high!!!

The vibration of the prayer goes from 120 to 350hz.

Apologizing to Children

 

I am trying to be more authentic this year, and so I want to admit a big mistake I made. I got into a heated argument and raised my voice in front of Emma. I felt very passionate about the subject, but she was sitting in someone's lap and looked upset.

I immediately lowered my voice when I realized what I was doing.

That night I called a Master Spiritual Teacher because I felt terrible about my behavior. I already knew I would need to apologize to the adult I was quarreling with, but he helped me to realize I needed to apologize to Emma as well.

She might not understand my words because of her age, but it is important that she feel safe with me. I told her that I was sorry, and that I will not let that happen again.
I immediately felt better, and we shared a wonderful moment. I was able to release the guilt and make a vow not to make that mistake again.

The point I am trying to make is that you need to apologize to children. You not only set a great example, but you can also release any negative energy by admitting your faults.

Free Gardening Classes

Many are reconsidering how they want to live their lives due to the pandemic. 

We don’t know what is going to happen with the food supply, so I decided to go to North Carolina and volunteer on a sustainable farm to learn more about gardening.

Children are Impressionable, and We Can Make a Difference

 

My lesson from Emma today is how important it is to start working with your kids about discrimination at an early age. 

There is so much happening right now with discrimination: race, color, creed, black lives matter, religious differences, sexual preference, and these are only scratching the surface. 

We have been celebrating Pride month as you can see. I also found an amazing book called Dream Big Little one which is about African American women and what they have contributed.

This kind of influence can go a long way. Talk to your kids and treat them equally because we are all ONE and equal in the eyes of the Universe. 

With Emma, I am loving her as much as I can and setting an example for her when she is only 12 months by choosing what I read to her and giving her a rainbow flag.

We have so much influence over children. Mother Teresa said, “The way you help heal the world is that you start with your own family.”

You can change the world by showing children how to love and accept others. Consider how you can positively influence a child today.

Plan for Tomorrow, But Live for Today

It‌ ‌is‌ ‌important‌ ‌for‌ ‌us‌ ‌to‌ ‌look‌ ‌toward‌ ‌the‌ ‌future,‌ ‌to‌ ‌keep‌ ‌making‌ ‌plans‌ ‌and‌ ‌taking‌ action‌ ‌steps‌ ‌to‌ ‌get‌ ‌us‌ ‌closer‌ ‌to‌ ‌making‌ ‌our‌ ‌dreams‌ ‌a‌ ‌reality,‌ ‌BUT‌ ‌we‌ ‌only‌ ‌have‌ ‌

For‌ ‌example,‌ ‌babies‌ ‌crawl‌ ‌for‌ ‌a‌ ‌very‌ ‌short‌ ‌period‌ ‌of‌ ‌time.‌ ‌I‌ ‌did‌ ‌not‌ ‌know‌ ‌this‌ ‌with‌ ‌my‌ ‌first‌ ‌child.‌ ‌When‌ ‌I‌ ‌had‌ ‌my‌ ‌second‌ ‌child,‌ ‌I‌ ‌did‌ ‌better‌ ‌at‌ ‌cherishing‌ ‌that‌ ‌time.‌ ‌

That‌ ‌is‌ ‌where‌ ‌Emma‌ ‌is‌ ‌right‌ ‌now,‌ ‌so‌ ‌I‌ ‌am‌ ‌cherishing‌ ‌every‌ ‌crawling‌ ‌moment.‌ ‌ ‌

What is There For Me to Do?

 

So many of us are falling into victim mode. We are complaining and focusing on what we are not able to do. We are only focusing on the terrible experiences in our life and not keeping our eye out for how we can serve. 

I get it. As a sign language interpreter, I have not worked since March 9th because of shelter in place. I also have not been able to present as a life coach. 

BUT I have been given the opportunity to watch my niece Emma. She is beautiful, and she is perfect. Because she lives so far away, I would not have the time to bond and spend time with her. But because of this tragic pandemic, I get to fill my days with this beautiful, baby girl.

I know we are having a hard time with COVID-19, and yes, everything is different, but we could look at our situation from another perspective. 

Instead of being in the victim mode, we could step back and ask, “What is there for me to do?” 

For you, it might be to make a phone call or wearing a mask. Only you know the answer. 

When we contribute, it takes us out of the victim mode and put us in a more peaceful state of mind.

So, what is there for you to do today?

Overcoming Fear

 

I want to talk to you about a tough subject…fear.

We often experience this in our lives through worry and anxiety.

The good news is fear is simply on the border of what we currently know. It doesn’t mean we can’t. It only means we haven’t taken that next step. 

Fear is feedback letting us know we are on a new green growing edge and are stepping out of our comfort zone. 

COURAGE is moving ahead in spite of our fear. So today I want you to wrap your arms around fear and say THANK YOU because it means you are growing into so much more.

You are getting out of your comfort zone and doing something new. Instead of going into fear, go into gratitude and say THANK YOU.

You are taking that courageous step to create a life you love. 

Question for the day: Where can I move ahead in spite of my fear?

What is Most Important to You?

 

With every change in life, we have to build again from those hard impacts that come at us. A divorce, a loss of a job, a serious illness or maybe something like COVID-19 is what rocks our world. It is the Universe’s kick in the butt to get us back to reality and decide what is most important to us. 

What is most important to you?

Is it more time with your family, so you can go to your kid’s activities. Maybe it’s bringing in more financial abundance, so you can FINALLY go on that vacation you have promised yourself. 

When you are breathing your last breath, I do not want you to look back with any regrets. 

Today, get in alignment with your values and what is most important to you. 

So your question of the day is, “What is more important to you?”

Who Do I Trust?

 

Question of the day: How do we know who to trust?

You turn on the TV and one station says these people are right and you turn the channel and tell us another group is right. There are different ideas and variances, so who do you decide who to follow?

You have been given something amazing and that is called your INTUITION. You can tap into that to get the answers from within yourself. Don’t just blindly follow others. Don’t only look at Facebook. Instead do some research on the topic and then get quiet. 

Get still and really feel how your body is reacting and listen to what your mind is telling you because you have the answers. We don’t want to get the answers outside of ourselves. We want to go inward and dig deep to hear what our own mind is telling us. 

So today if you are confused with the media and don’t know who to trust, take some deep breathes, sit down and do a little meditation and ask yourself “WHAT FEELS RIGHT TO ME?” 

Keep listening to your intuition because you have the power within you to make the best choice.

Be Easy on Yourself

 

Good Morning! This week I am continuing to respond to questions people have asked me to talk about what they are dealing with during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Many individuals are being down on themselves because they feel like they are not doing enough. They feel like they are not staying up to the standards that they had been living pre-corona virus. 

I want to say that is cruel and unloving to yourself. We are in a different time. We are going through a different experience, so love yourself. Maybe it’s time to sit back and enjoy your time. 

I got a wonderful meme today that says…"You will get to know yourself during the hardest times, but you probably won’t recognize it until hindsight" - Stacy Martin

I love that because it made me think about when I went through one of my worst breakups. Even though I had worked hard MY ENTIRE LIFE (looking back I was probably a work-aholic) for a year, I just sat. 

I still got up and did what I needed to do to take care of my kids, but I wasn’t up until midnight every night and then working again in the morning at 5 am. I was so down on myself and then I had a revelation.

During this time because I am not working in my office so hard, I’m spending more time with my kids. Which I have always said is my number one priority, but I found that work was taking over.

Right now, maybe you are being down on yourself because you think you are not doing enough, but realize what you are doing. You are having self-discovery. You are discovering what you would truly love to be doing during this life. Deciding if you really want to be in this relationship.

So be easy on yourself today. In hindsight, it’s going to be okay. Enjoy today and take care of yourself.
